Hi Y'all! Tina here to say, I am SO honored to offer you this 3-day Retreat!

May is a fantastic month to head to Southern Utah, and there's no better place than Boulder. After a beautifully intimate experience with last fall's retreat, I've decided to keep the numbers limited. Thus a smaller property that will accomodate 10 participants. 2 SPOTS are ALREADY called for!!

The Headwaters Ranch is owned by the same amazing couple as the Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch where, we held the fall 2019 Ground|Explore|Expand Retreat. But don't worry, dinners will be catered by the renowned chefs of their Sweetwater Kitchen.

May 22nd Check – In

The property includes a Main House as well as a Guest House, and a spa room. HELLO hot tub!

The Main House has a large kitchen, living and dining areas where we will gather for meals. Weather dependent, we will either practice indoors in an airy open space, or outdoors on a patio with raidant floor heating. 

Imagine practicing outdoors with the spring sun warming you from the outside in. SO GOOD!

The Main House has 2 bedrooms and a loft.

The Guest House has a kitchen, living areas, and 3 bedrooms.

What is included the cost?

  • 1 Certified Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher with 11 years teaching experience
  • Lodging at Headwaters Ranch (check-in May 22nd, check-out 24th)
  • Vegetarian Meals (2 x Breakfasts, 2 x Lunches, 2 x Dinners) PLUS Snacks!
  • Twice Daily Hatha Yoga Classes

  • Transportation to / from Headwaters Ranch

I would love to join, can I invite a friend? 

  • Heck yeah you can invite a friend, in fact invite 2! : )

Do I need to have a regular Yoga practice to participate?

  • Absolutely NOT! While it is great to have a regular home practice or in studio practice, you can still reap the benefits of the retreat if you do not. 
  • ALL LEVELS are invited to join, come as you are, and you will be LOVED just as you are. 

I am bad at meditating, my mind won’t stop looping. Is it ok if I don’t meditate already?

  • Absolutely YES! The  style of meditation that I teach is called a kriya, which serves as an action for the mind to focus on. Once the mind is fully focused on that action you will find it will easefully be absorbed in the meditation. 

I am new to Yoga and don’t have any fancy leggings or cute tops, what do I wear?

  • Wear whatever is most comfortable for you to move freely in, as well as sit for extended periods of time. That may be sweatpants, or shorts paired with a T-shirt or tank top. Heck my husband even wears baggy jeans when he practices! It’s really to each their own.
  • I just ask that the verbage on any shirts or accessories is neither vulgar or aggressive as this is a supportive and communal space. 

Do I need to bring a yoga mat? 

  • If you have a mat or personal props that you practice with at home, please feel free to bring them. Otherwise there will be mats, blocks and blankets provided.

Will we have time to walk outside on our own? 

  • You bet your bippy! You’ll have plenty of free time just for you to choose exactly what you need which will nourish you most. 
  • I do encourage you to spend some of that free time in a space on your own, with intentional quiet time to do a true self check in. 

Will there be cell phone  service?

  • There is spotty cell phone service, so please take care of all work needs prior to arrival. 
  • Plus, it can be amazingly freeing to turn off the phone or laptop and disconnect from the distractions of the world to focus solely on ourselves.  That’s what retreats are for!

Lodging at The Headwaters Ranch:

We will be staying at the serene property of 170 acres just 4 miles North of the center of Boulder, UT. This quiet open space will be our refuge for the weekend. 

With sweeping views of the Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument, a 150 foot waterfall, a pond and grassy fields as far as the eye can see, what’s not to love?
